If you decide to stay in an apartment during your holidays, you usually want to be flexible and independent. Plan your day without frenzy and spontaneity. But sometimes it's also nice to be able to sit at the table. We offer you this possibility here in our Schmiedhof in Slingia. The Hotel Anigglhof awaits you right next to our residence with a restaurant that spoils you with ingredients from the region. Here you can choose between breakfast and dinner or opt for half board – you can choose how to be spoilt

Regionality is a first priority

Of course, the love for nature and our territory also plays an important role when it comes to eating. Whether for breakfast or for the 5-course menu in the evening. The products we know where they come from simply taste better!

At breakfast, the most important meal of the day, we leave nothing to chance. We get cow's milk directly from our farm, fresh milk tastes better. The eggs come from the nearby farm, and we can guarantee that the hens live happily. The tea comes from the local herb growers. For bacon, sausage and cheese, we also rely on trusted farmers from the Venosta Valley. Many of the bread rolls you will eat are made with organic flours and methods. This way you can start the day well during your holiday. In good shape and with a clear conscience!

We also attach great importance to regional ingredients for dinner. Our chef Helly (Helmut) spoils you every day with South Tyrolean, sometimes Mediterranean and sometimes Alpine specialities. Our dinner at the Hotel Anigglhof is as colourful and varied as the landscape of the Venosta Valley.
